Today's Obsession: Can I afford to be a knitter? I've got a pattern in mind for a warm cosy jersey (for myself), and I've had a look at some beautiful wool blends... which would end up costing NZ$180! Yikes! No wonder I've stuck to knitting beanies, scarfs, stuff for kids, and other small things. But you know, I may just splurge anyways. We'll see....
