Baking: caramel Highlander biscuits again (see 20 Nov!), this time a double batch to give some as a gift and take some on a road trip!

Lunching: leftover meatloaf.... Mmmmmm....!

Today's Obsession: ahhhhh.....  it's still the relaxing "weekend" after this massive year!
