Making: roast pumpkin soup (served here with a dollop of yoghurt), starting with the trifecta of soupy goodness- sauteed onion, celery and carrot 

Baking: my usual "rustic" flatbread

Walking: Leith Valley, Ross Creek, ahhhh native bush!

Drinking: Waipara Hills pinot noir 2010, seriously this is the best wine I've had in a while (not that that's necessarily saying much, but honestly, it's fantastic!)

Today's Obsession: Delicious food and drink- what could be more simple yet satisfying to prepare and enjoy?
